Besides medication, keeping a regular bedtime and using the bedroom only for sleeping is a helpful suggestion. Keep the room dark and make it as inviting as possible. Any type of exercise should be done a couple of hours before bedtime in order to give you enough time to wind down. Relax and try setting up some nighttime routine in order for letting your brain know it’s time for bed.
