Menopause Mood Swings
Menopause mood swings and emotions can have you laughing one minute and crying the next. Our fluctuating estrogen and progesterone hormones can be to blame for our strange behavior. Add this to some of your other menopause symptoms and it doesn’t paint a pleasant picture of your life at this time.
Why not evaluate your mental state and see what you can do to make yourself more joyful and less emotionally charged? Your body is going to do what it needs to do and it’s so much better if you can accept that and work with how you are now.
Taking a look at your diet and starting up a food journal might help in finding a good balance. Exercise–even twenty minute walks–help to relieve some of the built-up tension. Exercise can also help with any sleep problems you might be experiencing. It can be so interesting when you look at your body as a whole and see how everything is related.
